Từ 01/08/2026, nhằm chuẩn hóa quy trình thanh toán (TT) minh bạch.
CowayVina điều chỉnh cách thu phí THUÊ như sau: kỳ đầu tiên thu đủ tháng, kỳ thứ 2 chỉ thu số ngày sử dụng của kỳ đầu tiên (từ ngày lắp đặt đến cuối tháng) và thu luôn thay vì thu gộp với kỳ TT cuối hợp đồng như hiện tại.
Vì vậy, kỳ này số tiền TT của QK sẽ bao gồm phí tháng hiện tại và phí kỳ thứ 2 (nếu chưa TT trước đây). TỔNG GIÁ TRỊ HỢP ĐỒNG KHÔNG THAY ĐỔI.

Coway Vina adjust the RENTAL fee collection method as follows: the 1st period charges for a full month; the 2nd period charges for the actual days used during the 1st period (from the installation date to the end of that month) and is collected immediately, instead of being combined with the final payment of the contract as the current method.
So, your payment amount for this period includes the current month's fee and the 2nd period's fee (if not previously paid).
THE TOTAL CONTRACT VALUE REMAINS UNCHANGED.
