SHIPPING AND PRODUCT EXCHAGE POLICY

1. PURCHASE

Customer can place a purchase order from Coway Vina via:

  • Nationwide authorized distributor/agent or authorized store of Coway Vina
  • Ecommerce channel
         
  • Free call to Coway Vina Hotline 1800 556 892 or via our Coway Vina official website

2. SHIPPING

Purchase orders are placed at nationwide authorized distributor/agent or authorized store of Coway Vina or via E-commerce channels delivered and installation free of charge according to their policy
The free shipping and installation will be applied for customers who buy directly from Coway Vina, E-commerce channels and have installation address in our service areas:
2.1. Free shipping and installation location: Ha Noi, Ho Chi Minh, Bac Ninh, Hung Yen, Vinh Phuc, Hai Duong, Ha Nam, Nam Dinh, Thai Binh, Ninh Binh, Thai Nguyen, Bac Giang, Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, Hoa Binh, Phu Tho, Thanh Hoa, Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Ba Ria-Vung Tau, Long An, Tien Giang, Can Tho.
Applied product: Water purifier, Air purifier and Bidet. The installation appointment will be settled after negotiating with customers. In case we cannot make an appointment with the customer, the product will be shipped to customer via our transportation vendor and the installation instructions will be execute by our Call Center department.
2.2. Free shipping without installation location: (Customers are allowed to install by themselves conformed with Coway Dream Service center instruction) Other cities and provinces
Applied product: Air purifier only
2.3. Responsibility for freight
If the transportation service is appointed by the Store, the Agent, the distributor or by us, the transportation service will be responsible for the goods and risks such as loss or damage of the goods in during the process of transporting goods from Stores, Agents, Distributors to customers.
  • Coway will be responsible for handling goods that Coway directly transports; Stores, Agents, distributors will be responsible for handling goods that the Store, Agents, distributors directly transport.
  • You are responsible for checking goods when receiving goods. When you find that the goods are damaged, scratched, broken, distorted, or wrong goods, please confirm the status of the goods with the forwarder and immediately notify the Customer Service Department.
  • After you have signed to receive the goods without notes or comments about the goods, the Store, the agents, and distributors are not responsible for the return request for damage, scratches, breakage, distortion, wrong goods, ... from you.

3. PRODUCT EXCHANGE IF UNUSED

In case the product has been delivered to the customer but it is unused, and customer wants to exchange to another model, Coway Vina will support customer’s request follow these guidelines:
  • Product exchange conditions:
    • Customers will be allowed to exchange to another model if the product is in good condition, intact packaging, unused, not installed and checked and confirmed by Coway Vina Technician.
    • The exchanged product must be of higher value than the old one.
    • The shipping fee will be settled for customer.
  • Requested exchange time:
    With in 07 working days from the date of delivery
The product exchange policy will be not applied for the used product. In case of defects from the manufacture, the product will be under Coway Vina warranty policy.
